All items are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Classic Designer Collection furniture frames are guaranteed for a period of five years. We will repair or replace without cost to our customers any defective item that is the result of defective material or workmanship. Rinke Design will not assume liability under this warranty to exceed the original purchase price of the defective item. We will not repair or replace at our cost any item that has been abused or subjected to any use other than that which it was originally intended.
SHIPPING We endeavour to ship all massage chair orders within 48 hours.
In rare instances, we may be out of a certain model or colour which is called a
back order. All orders including back orders or orders not in stock must be
charged at the time of the order to secure the order once the product is in
stock. Standard Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days; depending upon
which region you are in. Shipments are curb side deliver only, meaning they will
deliver it in front of your house and you must sign for receipt. The shipping
company is not responsible for bringing the merchandise into your home. The free
shipping is curb side delivery only. We do offer Threshold Delivery and White
Glove Delivery service at an additional cost. These premium services will bring
your massage chair into your house. We recommend these premium services, if you
feel you are not able to bring your massage chair into your house or to your
desired location. Call and ask one of our sales representatives for quotes to
different areas if you request this service.
RETURNS
Most massage chairs are subject to a 30-day return policy, and is limited to 1 exchange per customer. Rinke Ltd customers have within 30 days after purchase date to notify customer service to have massage chair returned. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. There are no exceptions. Prices for returned chairs may vary depending upon your area you live. Once Rinke Ltd has been contacted, we will notify you of the price and procedure for the return. All massage chairs sold through Rinke Ltd are subject to 25% restocking fee. Refurbished or reconditioned items are non returnable. All returns will be given an in store credit not redeemable for cash.
EXCHANGES
Most massage chairs we offer come with the free trial and are subject to a 30-day return policy. The free trial is limited to 1 exchange per customer. Rinke Ltd customers have up to 30 days after the purchase date to notify customer service if they would like to return their massage chair. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. There are no exceptions. Prices for returned chairs may vary depending upon your area you live. Once Rinke Ltd has been contacted, we will notify you of the price and procedure for the return. All other massage chair returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refurbished or reconditioned massage chairs are not returnable. If you are not sure about the chair you are purchasing, then we recommend that you retain all packing materials and the box. If you need to return the massage chair, then we require the original packaging to ensure the massage chair is not damaged in transit. Exceptions: Custom/special orders are non-refundable / not-cancellable. |
