Elvis TV Unit with full storage options

All units are: 475mm high and 500mm wide

Lengths available are: 1500mm – 2400mm (in multiples of 100mm i.e. 1500, 1600, 1700….2400)

Door Opening

There are two options available:

Touch to Open – a spring loaded mechanism fitted inside the cabinet which removes the need for a visible handle and gives the front of the unit its clean, uncluttered appearance. For use with – doors, drawers and flaps
Recessed – a discrete routed cut-out on the top edge of the doors and drawers. It provides a pleasing ‘detail’ and obviates the need for protruding handles. For use with – doors and drawers

Construction

Top, sides, doors (or drawer fronts) – American Oak NTV (Natural timber veneer)
Top and sides – American Oak NTV (Natural timber veneer) with doors (or drawer fronts) – 2 pot lacquer

In turn, each of these options is available with a range of finishes:

American Oak NTV – has four stain options: Natural, Blonded, Dark Oak or Charcoal * (See below for sample image. Note actual cabinet may vary from the sample due to the inevitable variation which can occur when staining a natural timber product). All of these come with a clear satin sealer coat.

This piece is: 2400mm (l) x 870mm high* x 555mm wide (* with TV retracted into the unit).

This is NZ made and can be customized to your colour & length requirements.

Exterior Construction and Finish

There are two options offered for the construction:

1/3of the unit (top, side and drawer fronts) – American Oak NTV (Natural timber veneer) with balance ¾ (top, side, doors / drawers) – 2 pot lacquer
1/3 of the unit (top, side and drawer fronts) – Macassar or Zebrano RTV (Reconstituted timber veneer) with balance ¾ (top, side, doors / drawers) – 2 pot lacquer

In turn, each of these options is available with a range of finishes: You select to suit.

Hardware

The TV lifter unit is the ‘Rise Easy 2′ which is made in Denmark using a Bosch gear motor. The key features are:

RF (radio frequency) remote – works thru solid surfaces (no need for infrared receiver)
Monitor bracket fits standard VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) – most TVs are VESA compatible

This piece is: 1400mm wide* x 1975mm high x 630mm deep (* with doors closed. Width is 2750mm with standard hinged door open and 1650mm with bi-folding doors open)

Legs

Legs – made from solid, polished aluminium in a style that is a contemporary re-interpretation of the traditional Queen Anne look.

In turn, each of these options is available with a range of finishes:

Macassar / Zebrano RTV – the lighter coloured Zebrano and the darker Macassar provide two distinct and very individual looks. Each has a clear matt or satin sealer coat – these enhance the unique colour and grain consistency which is such a feature of RTVs
2 pot Lacquer – is available in any colour from the current Resene range. All colours are available with either a ‘Satin’ (30% gloss) or ‘Gloss’ (including a hand finish cut and polish) finish

The unit is configured with a large central cavity (suitable for up to 55” LCD/LED/Plasma) with a set of three drawers under and open shelf above

Handle –echoing the theme of contemporary yet traditional, the machine-cut glass knob is set on polished chrome base

Construction

All units in this range of low cabinets are constructed with 4 sections. This allows for a wide range of storage configurations (internal) and appearances (external).

Externally there is the choice of: Doors, Drawers, _ Glass Drawers, _ Flaps or Open Shelf.

Internally there is the choice of: drawers or shelves

Base

Plinth – recessed under the body of the unit and enhances the cabinet’s ‘presence’ by imparting a sense of ‘floating/separateness’.
