Membership in the Rinke VIP Preferred
Customer Club entitles you to special "VIP Privileges" including:

Rinke collections.
As a VIP member you have the exclusive
opportunity to book in an appointment name a time that suits you day or night to
view the range, one on one in our 500m2 showroom. *(Exclusive one on one
appointments are only available outside of normal trading hours).
- Exclusive invitations to our
Customer Only Events featuring free gifts for attending and extra
discounts that will not be offered to the general public.
- In addition to special discounts, you
will also be entitled to choose from a range of special terms or extra cash
discounts which will not be offered to the general public.
- FREE entry into special competitions
for furniture gift certificates or valuable prizes.
- Plus, from time to time, we will send
you an e-newsletter with great information and moneysaving tips on home
decorating and ways to make your home a special place.
- Membership has a small fee of $995.00
per annum and this generally can be recouped on the first or second purchase.
- The VIP REWARDS CLUB
Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 21 years of age or
older.
Terms & Conditions
- For any discount or other benefit to
apply, the VIP REWARDS CLUB Membership account number must be
active and available at the time of purchase. You will not be reimbursed
retroactively for purchases made without a VIP REWARDS CLUB
Membership discount.
- VIP REWARDS CLUB
Membership benefits are only valid on eligible purchases from Rinke showrooms
and websites.
- VIP REWARDS CLUB
Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or vouchers,
including affiliate-offered coupons. Exceptions: customer service issued
credit. Where applicable, VIP REWARDS CLUB members will
receive the greater of the discounts offered. Membership is not applied to
Shipping & Handling or GST (where applicable) charges.
- VIP REWARDS CLUB
Membership is non-transferable.

We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate user information in
connection with their VIP REWARDS CLUB Membership account.
Such information includes name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
Members may change their account information by emailing
paul@rinkedesign.com with their
existing VIP number and details. We cannot assume any liability for
correspondence, mail or e-mail, which is lost, delayed, or misdirected.

VIP REWARDS CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEE
The annual membership fee is $995.00 We may change the membership fee at any
time, but changes will apply only to new and renewal memberships. The Membership
fee will be due on the anniversary of the enrolment date. If you chose the auto
renew at the time of purchase your recorded method of payment will be
automatically charged the annual fee.
TERM
The initial term of VIP REWARDS
CLUB Membership shall commence on the date it is purchased and continue
until one year from the day on which the membership was purchased, unless we
terminate your VIP REWARDS CLUB Membership. The initial fee
will be billed to the credit card that is active in your Rinke VIP account.
PROGRAM TERMINATION
We may terminate any or all of the
benefits available to you or all Members under the VIP REWARDS CLUB
Membership Program at any time with or without notice. In the event of our
termination of this program or your VIP REWARDS CLUB
Membership, at our election we will either maintain your VIP REWARDS
CLUB Membership benefits until expiration of the Member's current
membership term or refund each member a pro-rata portion of the membership fee
for the remaining portion of your current VIP REWARDS CLUB
Membership term.
PRIVACY
As a Member, the information we capture
will be subject to the Rinke Privacy and Security policy as amended from time to
time in accordance with its terms.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may change the terms of this Agreement
at any time by notifying Members of such change in writing. Any change shall
take effect upon thirty (30) days from the date of our notice.
